I had the great honor to be nominated at Wild Bunch Film Festival with two published books and my first written song lyrics.
Besides being able to meet old friends and make new ones after two years of pandemic travel restrictions, winning three awards was of course an outstanding highlight of the trip.
The award show was amazing and a long overdue trip to the Mescal movie set the icing on perfect days. I was deeply honored that my friend Rodrigo Tactaquin drove all the way from Colorado to support me at this event. We had a blast together.
Arma del Diablo-The Colt of Destiny won best Western Thriller manuscript.
A Prospector´s Dream won best published manuscript of the film festival.
The lyrics for Miner´s Candle won best song lyrics and the artist won best recorded song with Miner´s Candle.
I am honored and happy to say the least.
