Since I had to go to hospital to battle through a severe spinal cord surgery, I could not attend the Wild Bunch Film Festival 2020 in Willcox. I was nominated with two manuscripts, and I admit it was one of the most comforting and beautiful moments getting to know that I won right before surgery started. I am grateful for those awards and most of all that I made it safely through that surgery. Thank you for one of the most important moments in my life, Rock and Brenda from Wild Bunch Film Festival.
